Our services
We provide interior design, turnkey interiors, modular kitchens and custom furniture. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for your project are set out in your individual project agreement.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the scope agreed at the time and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes to scope, materials or site conditions may affect price and timeline, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.
Payments
Payment terms and milestones are set out in your project agreement. Work proceeds against agreed milestones.
Warranties
We provide warranties on our work and pass on manufacturer warranties on materials and hardware, as detailed in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accident or normal wear.
Intellectual property
All designs, drawings, visuals and content produced by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Website content may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
